I Description of CNC hot air bonding bobbinless coil winding machine
This system is a full automatic multi axis coil winding machine for winding self supporting air core coils by using thermo-plastic coated wire. The wire is heated by the hot air supply as it is wound onto the coil and the turns are bonded together by the adhesive.
Applications include: RFID coils. laser heads, voice coils, magnet coils, sensor coils, vibrator coils and pancake motor coils.
