I Description:
The exact line configuration will be based on required number of conductors, taping layers and reel sizes.
It can be single conductor taping or multi-conductor taping.
For single conductor, we can provide machines taping 4 layers, 8 layers, 12 layers, 16 layers or more.
For multi-conductor, we can provide machines for 2-conductor, 3-conductor. Every conductor will be taped separately and then taped together. -Paper breaking sensor: phototube detecting breaks, automatic stop
4) Caterpillar towing device: thicker synchronized gear type belt, ensuring even line speed
5) Full enclosing cover: avoiding dust taped into conductors
6) Take-up: moment motor drive, constant-tension taking-up, slick rod wiring, take-up disk motorized elevating.
